1. Who can I talk to regarding my order?
First point of contact is Entripy. The school liaison is Mr. Giacomo Tarascio.

2. How long will my order take to ship out once I have placed my order online?
The standard turnaround time is 7 business days from order and artwork approval, and this begins once the order window closes every 15 days. Shipping time is additional.

3. When are the orders processed?
All online orders are processed on a 15 day rolling cycle.
